What's costing you customers

Most small businesses don't lose jobs on price. They lose them in the gaps: the call nobody answered, the question that waited until morning, the form that went nowhere. Here's where it usually leaks.

After hours

Customers ask at night. Nobody answers.

People search and message after work, on weekends, whenever they have a minute. If your site can't answer or book right then, they don't wait. They tap the next business that can.

Speed

Slow replies lose the job.

The first business to respond usually wins the work. If a quote request sits in your inbox while you're on a job site, a competitor with an instant answer already took it.

Mobile

Your site breaks on phones.

Most customers find you on a phone. If the page is pinched, slow, or the tap-to-call button is buried, they leave in seconds and rarely come back.

Contact forms

The form that never reaches you.

Broken forms are silent killers. The customer thinks they reached out, you never see it, and both sides walk away frustrated. It happens more than anyone admits.

Repeat questions

Same questions, answered by hand, forever.

Prices, hours, service areas, how booking works. You answer the same five questions every day instead of doing the work that actually pays.

Busywork

Manual follow-ups eat your week.

Copying quote requests into a spreadsheet, sending confirmations one by one, sorting the same data by hand. Hours a week that a simple script would just handle.

Sound familiar? That's exactly what I fix.Flat one-time price, deals negotiable, live in about a week. $250 max, where agencies charge thousands.

Questions

Are your prices negotiable?

Yes. The listed prices are starting points, not take-it-or-leave-it numbers. Tell me your budget up front and I will tell you honestly what I can do for it. I would rather find a deal that works for both of us than lose a good project over a number.

What would a firm charge for this?

Agencies typically quote in the thousands for a chat setup or a small business site, then add a monthly retainer on top. My most expensive service is $250, one time, because you are paying for the work itself, not an office, a sales team, or account managers. Same tools, same result, dirt cheap by comparison.

Why is there no monthly fee?

Because the work does not need one. I build it, hand it over, and it runs on your accounts. Agencies charge monthly for hosting dashboards and "management" most small businesses never use. You pay once and own the result.

Are there any running costs at all?

A chat assistant uses an AI service behind the scenes, which costs a few dollars a month in usage depending on how busy it gets. That account is yours, billed directly to you at cost, and I will show you exactly where to see it. No markup from me.

How fast can I be live?

Usually within a week from the day you approve the price. Bug fixes are often faster. I will give you a straight timeline before you commit to anything, and I do not promise faster than I can deliver.

What if I am not satisfied with the work?

Then I make it right. Every project comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if something does not work the way we agreed, I fix it. I am building a reputation, and one unhappy customer costs me more than any single job is worth.

What do you need from me to start?

Just your email and a few words about the problem. Use the form on this page or email me directly, and skip the formality: plain words are fine. I reply, usually within a day, with a flat price and a straight answer. Asking costs nothing, and there is no obligation if you decide not to buy.

Do you only work with businesses near Chicago?

No. Most of this work is remote friendly and I build for clients anywhere. Being local just means I understand the businesses I pitch to, because I drive past them.

services & pricing

Four things, done well. You pay once, you own it.

Prices are starting points, not take-it-or-leave-it numbers. If the budget is tight, say so and we will work out a deal. The only running cost is the AI service itself, billed at cost on your own account.

AI chat assistants

A chat assistant trained on your business that answers pricing and schedule questions instantly, qualifies inquiries, and books appointments or captures leads while you are closed, busy, or asleep. Agencies charge thousands to set this up; my flat price is a fraction of that. The AI usage runs a few dollars a month on your own account, billed at cost.

Landing pages and small sites

A fast, mobile friendly page or full small site: your services, your reviews, click-to-call, and a contact or quote form that actually reaches you. Built to turn searches into phone calls.

Bug fixes

Something broken on your site or in a script? The form stopped sending, the page looks wrong on phones, an error you cannot explain. Send it over, get it fixed, get a plain-English explanation of what was wrong.

$75-150 one-timefast turnaround

Automation

The repetitive stuff, handled by a script: quote requests filed into a spreadsheet automatically, confirmation emails sent instantly, data cleaned and sorted. If you do it by hand every week, it can probably run itself.

How it works

No discovery-call gauntlet, no hourly billing surprises, and no sign-up forms. Three steps and you are live.

step 01

You reach out

One message, through the form on the home page or by email, describing your business and what is not working. No formality required. I reply, usually within a day, with honest feedback and a flat price. No obligation either way.

step 02

I build it

You approve the price, I build. Most projects are done within a week. You see the work before it goes live and get changes until it sounds like your business, not a template.

step 03

It goes live, you own it

Your site, your accounts, your data. No monthly fee to me, ever. If you want tweaks later, small fixes are cheap and quoted up front.

about

Full-time student. Building a reputation, one happy customer at a time.

Honest pricing, quality work, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When you email, you talk to the person doing the work.

I am Kenan Sahsivar, a full-time computer science student at DePaul University in Chicago and a builder based in the northwest suburbs. I spend my time writing code and helping local businesses fix the parts of their web presence that quietly cost them customers.

The pattern I kept seeing: good businesses losing jobs because their site has no way to book, no instant answers, or a contact form that goes nowhere. So that is what I fix. Simple tools, flat prices, and work that keeps running after I hand it over.

Every project gets built and tested by me personally, reviewed carefully before it ships, and explained in plain language. When you email, you talk to the person doing the work.

My mission is simple: I am a student building a reputation, one happy customer at a time. That means honest pricing, quality work, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, I make it right. Your satisfaction is the whole business model.
