Hi! This is the NorthLoop Goods assistant. I can help with orders, shipping, or returns. What's your order number?
Hi, where is my order? It's NL-8841.
Order NL-8841 shipped Tuesday and is out for delivery right now. It should arrive Thursday by 8pm. You can track it live from the link in your shipping email.
Great. Also, I need to return a pair of boots. How does that work?
Easy. We offer free 30-day returns. I just emailed a prepaid return label to you. Drop the boots at any UPS point and your refund posts within 5 days of arrival.
